The Work That Changes Things

Awareness alone does not end suffering. Action does.

Our advocacy programs are built to create real, measurable change in the systems that drive animal exploitation, environmental destruction, and food injustice.

We are a volunteer led organization, which means every program we run is powered by people who genuinely believe this work matters.

Here is how we do it.

The Change We Are Working Toward

Industrial animal agriculture is not just an animal welfare problem. It is a climate problem, a public health problem, a food security problem, and a policy problem all at once.

Our advocacy work addresses it on every one of those fronts, connecting scientific evidence to public policy, bringing communities into the conversation, and pushing institutions to take responsibility for the systems they sustain.

We are not simply asking people to eat differently. We are building the foundation for a food system that works for animals, for people, and for the planet.

The Next Generation of Advocates

Some of the most powerful advocacy happening right now is coming from campuses.

Young people are asking hard questions about the food system they are inheriting, and they are not satisfied with comfortable answers.

Our student advocacy program gives them the tools, the training, and the community to turn that energy into real change.

1. Apply and Join the Network

Submit your application to become an official campus representative for The Humane Choices Foundation. Once onboarded, you become part of a global network of student advocates working toward the same goal.

2. Get Your Toolkit

We provide everything you need to run a high impact campaign on your campus, including research briefings on animal welfare and climate impact, educational materials, event guides, and marketing resources. You will not be starting from scratch.

3. Lead on Your Campus

Host events, screenings, food tastings, and conversations that bring your community into the issue. You are the bridge between the foundation and the next generation of people who will shape how the world thinks about animals and food.

4. Grow What You Build

Every semester, you refine your approach, report your impact, and build on what worked. Over time, you are not just running events. You are building a culture of compassion that outlasts your time on campus.

Your Support Funds the Work Behind the Work

Advocacy does not happen without resources. Behind every campaign we run, every policy brief we submit, and every toolkit we put in the hands of a student advocate, there is research, legal analysis, and strategic planning that made it possible.

When you donate to The Humane Choices Foundation, you are funding that foundation. You are keeping our voice independent, our analysis rigorous, and our campaigns grounded in evidence rather than noise. In a space where misinformation is common and industry lobbying is well funded, that independence matters enormously.

Your support is what allows us to stay in this fight for the long run.

Let's Build Something Together

The problems driving animal suffering and environmental destruction are too large for any single organization to solve alone. We actively seek partners who share our commitment to meaningful, lasting change and who are willing to do the serious work that requires.

We collaborate with researchers, funders, educational institutions, policy organizations, and community groups. We are not looking for surface level partnerships or logo placements. We are looking for organizations and individuals who want to dig in alongside us, align on strategy, and hold each other accountable to real progress.

If that sounds like the kind of partnership you are looking for, we would love to hear from you. Fill out the form below and tell us about your organization and what you have in mind. We read every submission and respond to every serious inquiry.
